Why should I work with you?
Just because vector tracing is my life. Maybe sound strange, but I enjoy what I'm doing. Additionally, I always offer unlimited revisions because I am confident in my ability to meet your needs.
What about the delivery time?
I'll always try to get back to you as soon as I can. The accumulation of work is not advantageous to me. But how the image is worked with also matters. It could take minutes to complete some images or it could take days. Anyway, I always want to get things done quickly (If possible).
Can you rush or prioritize my order?
Please be aware that I respectfully fulfill orders in the order they are received, so if you need a delivery sooner (30 minutes or 6 hours), I kindly ask that you check my gig extras and contact me to see if I can expedite delivery.
Is it possible to work every image?
NO! Vectors are too limited. Simpler images, like logos with straightforward color schemes and designs, work well as vectors. Unfortunately, it is impossible to create a reasonable vector from complex images, such as photos. Every image can turn into a vector, but not every vector can be good.
What if I have a complex image, like a photography?
Please be aware that each image has unique characteristics. Additionally, everything depends on your goal and the final product you want. Therefore, please get in touch with me before ordering if you have a complex image, such as photos, abstract designs, sketches, or something similar. I will alway
Do you also convert JPEG or PNG to VECTOR format?
Yes of course. I can convert your JPEG or PNG to VECTOR format. Before started send me your image.
what kind of service I don't provide?
I want to make it clear that I would not create animal or human vector tracing. So before started send me your image. Then I will let you know
Do you refund orders?
Yes, I do! Unless the customer disregards the FAQs, order requirements, and gig description. To ensure that your image will work into a vector for the right price, you should ALWAYS contact me BEFORE placing an order.
What is logo transparency or a PNG file?
A PNG file is an image file stored in the Portable Network Graphic (PNG) format. The PNG file has no background. It is a transparent background format. So you can upload the same on your website, on your blog, etc.
What are Source and Vector files?
