What is your refund policy?
Your satisfaction is important to me so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you get a full refund or exchange the video for another one. You can ask for refund until after 6 days of final delivery. Once the refund is made, use of the video for any purpose is prohibited.
What is your revision policy?
I am flexible on revisions as long as the request is reasonable and doesn't include change in initial requirement, script or voiceover. Also, please request all your issues at once after first delivery; not one by one. Other than that, you get UNLIMITED revisions for free.
What if I have script more than 100-120 Words?
You can select multiple of Package 03 (Premium) or text me to get your custom quote.
Do you provide videos in any language other than English?
Yes of course we provide videos in any language you want.
